Great great book
I love this book. I learned a lot and I am so glad I purchased it. I didn't even realize how angry I really was and this book brought the whole anger and bitterness to full circle. I definitely recommend even if you think you are not an angry person. I did not think I was that angry. I love that is an easy read but very powerful and life changing

Fantastic materials for counseling
I use many of Stuart Scott's works in the counseling room. Rather than have a counselee push through a several hundred page book, I use these shorter books. Scott hits the main points without dragging on and on and it makes giving and going through counseling homework much easier. His writing is clear, concise, and uses scripture to outline preferred behaviour models that help people move beyond problematic areas that hinder them in their lives. As always, the biblical perspective is provided to show a clear example of God's way versus man's way. This moves beyond the usual head-knowledge style of book. This book is practical. I would highly suggest reading all of Stuart Scott's works.

Applicable
The context of the essay is for marriage counseling. It's still applicable to daily life from a Bible pov.

A compact highlight of Bible regarding Anger, Anxiety, and Fear!
This is the 2nd best book of Dr. Stuart Scott. The best is yet "Pride and Humility." But if you have any anger, anxiety, and fear problem, I highly recommend this booklet(since it's so compact, only about 32 pages and thin, it's more like booklet). These series of his gives you highlights of each issue corresponding to Bible. It's such a great reference to bible study, spiritual counseling or just a great conversation topic!

Wow!!!!
I haven't finished the book yet, however from what i've read so far. I absolutely love it. Stuart doesn't waste alot of words on commentary. Rather he sticks directly to the point and addresses the issues as well as adjacent issues stemming from the immediate problem. The book is deceptively short and appears more like a study more so than a book. Which is quite refreshing because this book is packed with information.

Must read!
This is so helpful for yourself, or for counseling. Better teaching in anxiety that just about everything else.

Short and sweet
Very short pamplet. Part of it taken right out of the "Exemplary Husband" book. Material was appropriate for what we needed.
