Q: To anyone who bought volume lift recently, does it come with pumps, like the other John Freida duo packs?

We are in the process of switching over to a flip-cap lid, instead of a pump, for all our 500ml Shampoos and Conditioners.

Q: Will the pumps from the old bottles fit the ones without pumps

No, they aren't designed to fit.

Q: I may be being a bit slow but how do you get the shampoo and conditioner out of the bottle? We’ve tried pressing down, turn the top and pressing.

To unlock the pump; first ensure that the screw cap is tightly fastened, then twist the pump anti clockwise. This should unlock and allow it to fully extend.
