I got this webcam to use for my schooling at WGU. The quality of the picture created by the camera is nice and has, so far, not been glitchy. It is compatible with my HP pavilion laptop and given me no issues tech wise. However, I need to use the tripod for my schooling requirements, but the tripod won’t actually securely screw into the camera. I don’t know if it’s because the screw part is not long enough or what, but it is an inconvenience. I need it for my classes, so I’m not returning/exchanging, but it is a pain to try to get it set up just right and not really be able to move it without difficulty. However, the option to attach it to my laptop works perfectly, but it’s just not an option for my schooling requirements.

Disappointed that this camera doesn't autofocus. I needed to use it for a proctored exam and it wouldn't focus at all on my photo ID which was required to even take my test. Huge let down as I'm on a time crunch. The setup was quick and easy and my face was clear but the lack of autofocus also means it didn't recognize when it needed to adjust brightness, so my face appeared overly dark. I wouldn't recommend this webcam. Update: company promptly offered me a refund for camera which I appreciate.

Not really that good. Connected it to a Mac laprop. picture is average, mic is laggy and cuts and often has delays on video calls. And no it's not my internet, which is quite good and I don't have any issues when using my laptop mic. It has gotten to the point where I can't use it to have a proper conversation
