The haircutter came without instructions, either on package or inside. I e-mailed and called SYMAK and e-mailed Amazon but got no real help. I finally figured out how to open the haircutter, in order to clean it or change blades, by myself. Before I managed that, I was ready to return it. It's an effort to open it, and the haircutter is flimsy, so I don't think it will hold up for long.

When having hair cut, some elderly might become angry, driving the hair styler away before being able to trim long hairs at the back of the neck. This looks like a comb, so the hairs can be removed as if combing.

I would not be without one. Very easy to use and it works very well.

It's inexpensive and performs Ok but the blades that come with it are not good, plan on replacing them as soon as you get it. For one-time or infrequent use it is worth it.

Growing up in Latin America you resort to these kinds of tools to save money.Now in the USA I thought I could trim my kid's hair with this one, but no luck. The blade was unbelievably dull and his hair got stuck in the comb part. I was only trying to trim the fine hair around the neck that was making his hair look messy.I guess they just don't make them like they used to or the ones I used in the past were made somewhere else.After this failed attempt I had to use scissors and razor to take care of that trim. It took me less than 10 minutes.
