I needed one, found it at Lowe’s for $8. Bought 10 for that in this purchase. now I have spares to pass on when I die.

It works but odd packaging
The packaging is questionable but the product works... for now.The bulbs arrived in 1 small box. All of them arrived together and loose in 1 box. With these being halogen bulbs I question if they have been touched and will burn out fast so I made sure not to touch them myself and used gloves.So far after about a month of use in the oven they are still working.

Works fine so far - it’s important not to touch halogen bulbs with bare hands
Got these to replace a bulb that had burned out in a light I’ve had for decades. Of note, I’d always read that halogen lights can be affected by the oils in your hand, which can lead to premature failure of the bulbs, so I used cotton gloves when I installed the replacement. It’s working just fine. I know some reviewers have had issues, but I don’t know if they replaced the bulb using bare hands. Just something to keep in mind.

Pesky pendants now tamed!
Man are these hard to find. Just about impossible in a big box hardware store although if you look in the landscaping section you just might find them. We have some beautiful pendant lamps that take these and I’m happy to have found a large quantity to keep in stock to have on hand when they need to be replaced. They light up just like the pricey Phillips they replaced.

As expected
no problems so far each ball was packaged individually and I like the each bulb is stamped on the box what wattage it is that way I don't confuse it with other bulbs

They are perfect for what I needed the last time I bought one of these bulbs at a Manhattan bulb store it was just under $5 so this 10 pack was indeed a great find!

Didn't work
Bulbs met the specifications and seemed identical to the one the burned out after approximately 8 years of use, but when installed didn't work. Had the first set replaced and the second set was non op as well. Returned for refund the second time.

Won’t last long! Might be a fire hazard
Updated 7-17. Three more went, and when I plugged in one of the replacements it looked very dim, and five minutes later I could smell a burning smell, see the photo but I would worry that these bulbs are a fire hazard Original review: I really like the wattage on these bulbs, however 4 have blown out in less than a month! They unfortunately are not quality bulbs
