My headline said it all. Xandrex took me through the troubleshooting process, determined the device was defective and issued a replacement. Things break. What’s most important to me is customer service.

Should have pitched all in one wireless routers with all there features that don't work reliably long ago ! . My network is now the1024d with an access point two wired computers ,one wireless, wired TV, wireless bluray ,NAS backup drive, two laptops , everything works great I have signal on my acre lot and in my shop. Router is bult in to DSL Modem .

This is a great unmanged device. It splits my signal and has been problem free for me. In a home with many devices that use a wired signal it has proven to be excellent quality. This is my second one because the first one was so good, and I wanted another one for the basement.

I bought three of these. The first was DOA and I was able to return within the 30 day window. The other two have intermittent connectivity issues with the switch going up and down and not holding a steady connection. I contacted Tech support and they wanted me to sit there with them for hours doing ping tests - listen - it either works or it doesn't, I don't need to waste more time on your junk.TP-Link clearly doesn't stand behind their products.I have bought dozens of switches over my career and not once have I had an issue like this.Save your time and save your money and a ton of headaches and NEVER EVER buy a product from TP-Link.

Excelente. Llegó a tiempo y bien protegido. Hace su trabajo. Me abría gustado que llevara una fuente de 12 Voltios externa para la alimentación en vez del viejo powercord, pero igual me gusta mucho. Es sumamente fácil de usar.

The TL-SF1024D is a dependable 24 port switch. (You have to break out the model number in these reviews because Amazon rolls them all together.)I like these. No surprises. Easily made wall mountable by rotating the brackets, which was a plus for several of my installations without racks. Florida is the lightning capital and the grounding screws on the back help keep these babies from getting stung like all the ones they've replaced.

Works great. Have been using it for a few months now and no complaints. Auto-MDI/MDIX feature is great, and eliminates the need to keep different sets of crossover or straight cables.
