Great Colby Cheese
Over the past couple of years I’ve had difficulty finding good Colby cheese in the supermarket. In the past, it was easy to get good store-branded Colby cheese, but no more. So I finally broke down and ordered this admittedly expensive 3-lb cheese from Wisconsin, but I’m glad I did. It’s got the full Colby flavor and is great for making grilled cheese, eating with crackers, etc.

Good longhorn cheese
Longhorn is my husband's favorite cheese, but nobody within a couple hundred miles sells it. I am delighted to have found a source that delivers to our door.

Better than my store
I find that the grocery stores near me don’t know what Colby is. It’s often American/mild cheddar/or something else. I was happy to have found this. Could use a little more flavor but was what I can’t find here. Shipping was off but it arrived amid holiday

Best cheese for Mac and cheese
I am so happy I found this on Facebook. Since I moved to Las Vegas I have not been able to find Longhorn style colby cheese in the nearby supermarkets. The one supermarket that had it used to be the Boar's Head version at the deli counter. I had to order the 4lb loaf but I use 3.5lb for my recipe. I had to take the time to shred it down but the cheese was perfect, my mac & cheese turned out amazing, and I'm ordering this again very soon.
