Bourbon Smoked Chef's Blend

My wife and I used it as a rub on our fresh salmon…it was to die for. Extremely flavorful but I will say, it’s a little too potent on chicken after trying it a number of ways; the peppercorns were a little overpowering. Have yet to try it on pork. It was good in the salads we made with some flavored oil and vinegar salad dressing. It’s great for experimenting with.

This is the only spice I use. It is great on fish, beef, pork, chicken, lamb, veggies,and potatoes. I have even put it on salad instead of dressing. It adds flavor without overpowering.

I received a Sampler of these a few years back as a gift, I finally got around to buying a big can of the Chef’s Blend, and it’s fantastic. It’s a game changer for pork tenderloin, and its amazing on beef.

I use this bourbon rub on grilled pork chops. Delicious!

This seasoning rub makes your beef taste like it’s suppose to! I didn’t over do it, as I didn’t know what to expect. Hamburgers and Rib Eyes tasted great 👍.

Bought this as a stocking stuffer for a couple of BBQ and smoker enthusiasts. They haven't used it yet but both thought it smelled amazing.

What a great and unique seasoning. Great for all type of meats and fish especially salmon. Bought this initially at the Woodford Distillery in Kentucky. We were pleased to find it on Amazon.

Just the right amount of spice to give it a little kick. I use mostly on diced potatoes with some olive oil and bake. Yum!
