Creates a perfect (and very rapid) siphon easily, every time.
Makes siphoning a breeze. A few squeezes and your siphon is running like gang busters. I have a three gallon water bottle onto which I have attached a hand pump. The bottle sits on a small stool and the hand pump is very convenient. It is located in a room where I do not have running water but where I go through quite a bit of water for other purposes. I carry the water to refill the bottle in a 2-1/2 gal jug which is heavy and awkward for me to pour esp given the small size opening of the 3 gallon water bottle. Instead, I sit the jug on a small table next to the water bottle and start the siphon - the water comes gushing out of the jug and into the water bottle. It transfers the water so fast that I normally just wait for it rather than going off to do something else. Of course the speed of any siphon is a function of the height difference between the two containers and the diameter of the siphon tubing. It does not even take two minutes for the water to completely transfer - probably 70 or 80 seconds and it is a done deal. For anyone interested, here is the link to the hand pump. It will fit either a 3 gal or a 6 gallon standard water cooler bottle. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0099QOJ4O/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Works great, but only time will tell if it lasts.
In person it's exactly like the picture. It actually feels a little flimsy, but works perfectly for the purpose of moving gas out of my lawn mower, which is why I bought it.I found from the guy that fixes my mower (every year) that even putting in the "stabilizer" to my gas for the winter just isn't enough, you need to remove the gas, then when spring hits, you're supposed to drain the oil and replace it, plus replace the spark plug and air filter. So now, instead of paying him $70 every year to fix my mower (because I left the gas in it), I'll be able to just do the little maintenamce and for about $10 in parts it should work perfectly.Any way, I removed the gas with the pump (3 times as a test), and it took all of 30 seconds each time and didn't spill a drop.I like the pump, if it felt more solid I would give it 5 stars, but only time will tell. For the price, it's probably worth it for just a single use, but I would like it to last at least a year.Brian

Works great - I use it for gasoline out of 55 gallon barrels
I had a hard time finding a siphon that was compatible with gasoline. This one said it was and has worked great. (When I used one that wasn’t rated for gasoline the seals failed within a week). Works great. We live out from many conveniences so once a month or so I fill three 55 gallon barrels with gas and then siphon the contents to my tank at home and later siphon from there to our vehicles as needed. Well made - it is plastic and I was sent sure how well it would hold up, but it has worked great for us. No problems.

Commercial Auto Shop - Convinced it is an A+ product on our first use!
The media could not be loaded. When I purchased this pump I was a little skeptical about how fast it filled and if it was quality. I didn't want any leaks or mess either. I own a European & import automotive service, repair and performance shop. I needed a pump for my techs to use that was quality, quick, easy and inexpensive to use to move fluids. Specifically 55 gallon bulk fluids into smaller containers. I decided to purchase this pump and test it out. For $25, there was not much to loose.I did a lot of research on 55 gallon pumps prior to purchasing this. Over all, this one had the best rating, even better than some of the hand and electric pumps. The first time I used it I was sold. I personally tested this on a 55 gallon drum of Sonax windshield washer wiper fluid. I was able to walk up to the pump, disense 5L / 1.3 Gallons in around 30 seconds - from start to finish.I wanted the pump to be quick and easy, to avoid any down time. As you can see in the video, it's very easy to use and very fast. Granted, this drum is 100% full, so I do anticipate the speed to slow down after depleting the contents of the drum - But if that's the worst that happens, I can live with that.I will be purchasing 3 more of these. Two for G11 & G12 coolant and one for brake cleaner. Not only will I save on time and save money on a simple pump cost, but I'll be purchasing more in bulk. Thi will save me even more money. As a business owner this is a win-win-win.

Bought First One 5 Yrs Ago, Still Working Just Fine
Just bought 4th pump in 5 years because don't want to spend time cleaning them for different purposes. Have one for draining old gas from generators and other tools, another one for draining and transferring pesticides from tank sprayer to backpack sprayer, another one for cleaning toilets (hard water makes this a chore), and now for draining ultrasonic cleaner (Did not want to get an ultrasonic cleaner with a drain valve because can't repair it once it starts leaking, which it will, of course, it's plumbing...)

Use it for Kerosine
I use a kerosine heater for the work area in the winter. This helps get 5 gal jerry can to 1 gal heater can.

It's okay...
It worked fine, but the suction stopped working when I used slightly hot water on it. I'm not sure if the heat damaged it or if it just wasn't a very good item.
