Safe, effective, and affordable long-term nootropic.
I've been taking DMAE since it was a prescription drug called Deaner back in the Seventies. It's my favorite acetylcholine precursor. It also promotes dendrite growth in the brain. My attention span, memory, and mental focus are enhanced by taking DMAE regularly. It is by far the most affordable and effective nootropic for me.

Just bought this...my dreams have a different quality
My bottle of DMAE arrived yesterday. I took it yesterday and today. Today i took a nap and noticed my dreams seemed clearer and had more depth and continuity. Looking forward to seeing what other changes occur.

Noticed an improvement in energy levels and mental clarity after about 2 weeks. Very Nice
I read about the benefits of DMAE in regards to mental skills and decided to give it a try. Very happy with the results. I used to have trouble getting up in the morning, now I'm wide awake at 7:00. Only negative side effect I've experienced is some minor mood swings, but those are easy to recognize and control. Great product, great shipping, great deal!

Helps with attention!
Used for 3weeks and noticed an overall calming effect! Used for bedtime also and have had very productive sleep patterns developing! Recommended as an alternative to stop using other means of calming a overwhelmed mind

I love this stuff
OK... Here's a unqualified opinion: This stuff DMAE improves your short-term memory. Helps you keep a razer's edge to your memory; which is essential for my job. I don't know if it works as a skin conditioner.

No notable difference; Terrible nausea, take with food.
The only effects I noticed was if I didnt take it food I'd have severe nausea. With food, it wasn't as bad. I used to take a celery seed supplement a few months back and the nausea was identical. Although it helped the swelling in my knee, I'm better off not doing exercises that inflame it in the first place. If the nausea side effects t is the same for every I cant recommend this product. I couldn't take it long enough to notice any effect.
