This product is extremely effective. Half dosage is probably best when you first start using it for avoiding an upset stomach. Vitamin content is unmatched. Tastes OK. Definitely built up my kids' immune system. They were prepared for the 2020 world "issue". Their bodies fought it off so strongly and fast they had a little cough and runny noses for a few days. That's it. I wasn't taking it like I should have and was sick for 45 days. Horrible! Learned my lesson.

I have had a total gastrectomy. This has made the absorbency of vitamins and minerals more difficult since I no longer have the correct type of tissue to absorb some of them. My doctor suggested that I begin taking Intramax because he felt it was one of the only products that could help me. I have been taking it for over a year and the lab tests my doctor orders reflect a marked improvement in all my vitamin and minerals levels. I also believe that I feel and sleep better overall since I have begun taking it.The downsides are that it is expensive, it is about $3 a day and a whole lot less enjoyable than a cup of coffee. But for me it is completely worth it. It has a peach flavoring to it, but it pretty much tastes like peach flavored vitamins. The daily dose is 1 ounce so you can take it like a shot or mix it with something to cover some of the taste. I have done both but taking it as a shot is really hard for me. Also If taking vitamins upsets your tummy then these will too so please plan accordingly.I do try and shop around for the best pricing and will really only buy it here at full price when no one else has it any cheaper.Also some of the other reviews said it turned their “pee” bright or neon yellow? That is just an excess of one or more of the B vitamins being washed away and perfectly normal.
