Do not be surprised at the small size. Know the dimensions before ordering. It's not fair to take off stars for "too small" when they tell you twice in the ad the exact size. With this size I can do most of my back, but not all. It is good enough for my needs. Feels excellent. It is a good size for travel or if you don't have a lot of storage room.
