Q: How flexible is it for rolling up? And does it lay flat after unrolling?

it still tends to curl but it might lay flat if you curl it the oposite way and or store ti flat say between cardstock. that would make it harder to tote around though. i have only had it about a week so long term i cant say.

Q: What's the best way to make it stay unrolled? I just got mine, and it keeps rolling itself back up, it won't stay flat.

Hey Steven! Try adding weights to the edges/corners for it to flatten itself out prior to game play. After the first time or first few times, it shouldn't be as hard to lay flat. Hope this helps!
