Easy to install and super convenient to use

The product was OK. Turned it on connected. Was much quicker than my fire stick 1st generation. It was almost as quick as the more recent one we got. One big issue, the remote did not work, it sent a signal out, well the light on it worked but the box did not respond. I could however use a normal wired mouse but actually it comes with a remote so I sent it back. The box was OK, shame the remote didn't work. Not sure I'd trust buying one again when they're so poor at quality control.

I have had a few boxes in the past and have bought this one for a spare room,this box itself seems great and after loading a few apks and trying them I am very pleased with the results, the apks seem to work well on the box,picture quality is great and sound seems fine,the box is straight forward to install and use,the only slight reservation I have is the remote control could be better so I would advise a mini keyboard to assist especially if you are doing a lot of online browsing,in saying that I have found most of these boxes fail in this area so this isn't a big deal,living in hopes that at some point these company's will resolve this continuous problem and make a descent remote,don't get me wrong it works but can be very annoying and slow.as for how long this box will last only time will tell seeing I have only just started using it.price wise this is in my opinion a good buy. Update to my review i have now decided to update my review due to a longer time using the box,it has handled everything so far that i have chucked at it and am now even more impressed even the remote seems better now i have got used to it,however i would still advise a mini keyboard for ease as i would any box of this type.but i really cannot fault this box so 10/10

This was my first experience with an Android TV device, after having a number of media players. It's of course more complicated to use and it does need a restart every now and again, but being able to run all the apps natively is a fantastic thing. ** edit: stopped working after 3 months of usage, however tech support is being very helpful.

Upgraded from 5+ y/o Mx pro boxes to these, bought one and so easy to set up and quick start up and nipping around menus, bought another. the user interface is more friendly and much like using an andriod phone, the early software was much more clunky and ahard work. Been using kodi years and this new gen of box a big improvement in every way. When powering down kills power to usb ports, handy as i use 2tb hdd drives and now they switch off. Only 2 usb ports and a card slot but its enough day to day. Running latest software without glitches and responsive. Picture and sound great. Reccommend

Bog standard device. connected USB mouse (glitchy, poor accuracy). Some apps installed, froze the Android box. Remote control supplied. The only thing it's good for is the bin.

Image colour went distorted within a month. Power adapter cable snapped off soon after so I had to open it up, cut short and shouldered on.

I was trying to find an unrooted Android TV box as the video streaming services I use can't work on rooted devices. After downloading an app from the Play Store to try and unroot it, the device was rebooted on its own and is now stuck on the first logo screen. Why wasn't this mentioned anywhere in the description? Update: since we couldn't find a solution to my problem, the company has refunded me. I'm putting 3 stars for this even though they couldn't even provide a link to their firmware (the website it landed was all in Chinese and the result it returned was that I wasn't quick enough or something). I give them 3 stars for effort but the thing is, the box never worked for me and I lost three weeks going back and forth with their support service.
