If you want extra crispy chicken, especially wings then this stuff is legit! Your wings will come out just as crispy or crisper than the Chinese restaurants even though this product is for Korean fried chicken.

The smell made me think that I wouldn’t like it (not bad, just hard to describe), but it actually tasted great and the chicken was crispy.

Tried this out as a recommendation I found online for making Korean fried chicken. While I wasn't able to replicate it perfectly, it wasn't the fault of the mix itself; the flavor and texture that this mix provides definitely made the whole process a lot simpler and easier to start and finish from end to end.I did feel that the cost of the mix is a bit on the high end, but this seems to be the normal asking price for this Korean mix whether bought locally or online. The flavor itself is pretty tasty, although I actually prefer creating my own spice mix to add into a batter for fried chicken, but that's just my thoughts subjectively.If this was priced cheaper, I'd probably always purchase this over getting separate ingredients needed to make my own spice mix and batter but despite the cost, it was great to try out.

The chicken mix is extremely good. It's well seasoned, at least to my liking. I've been using it for years to fry my chicken, however, they are charging extremely high prices for their product. If you have a local Korean market, you can get a bag of this for at least $8 or $10. My local H-Mart sells this for $8.00. Continue to search on this for this product somewhere else. Shame on this company for charging such high prices on Amazon for a product you can get in almost any Korean or Asian market for cheap. Please do your research.

I like fried chicken. Tried a lot of different mixes on the market and ran across this on Amazon. I don't know what I was thinking - it's a Korean package with english on the front (Fried chicken mix for cooking followed by Authentic & Delicious Korean Taste). I go for it. Well, I received the package and that's about where the english stopped (except someone slapped a sticker on the back with the ingredients in english.Lot of things I buy in the USA is in english - and sometimes up to 8 different languages in the manual or a few languages (spanish/french) on the back of the package.I go on Youtube and found a video on using this powder and the person adds salt, pepper, minced garlic , minced ginger - so it appears it's not a complete mix to get a great taste.I will update this review after I figure out how to use the mix. Hello, Youtube and google...

I purchased this mainly out of curiosity, since a YouTuber used it in one of her vlogs... It has a decent flavor, unique sort of curry flavor (not a huge fan of normally) but not bad. It does have a nice crunch, but there less expensive ways to obtain the same crunch (and you can season it to your preference). So I'm not sure, I may or may not purchase it again. But, we enjoyed it.
