I have been using this for years without any benefit.Also the label says no additives, filler, binders, colours, then why is a 10mg tablet weighing more than 150mg? As the tablet is made of white crystalline powder, what is the purple tablet coating made of?Are these individual components certified for content and quality?

So, don't worry. If you consume them, you will only see positive results as you will sleep quickly and your body will get enough time to recover from the stress but there will be no side effect.

i have insomnia problem. though i bought simply herbal 3mg melatonin bottle last june but tried few times then stopped because felt it wasnt working. now i took one 3mg tab with one himalayan tagara tab and i can get desired and normal amount of sleep, combination works well for me. i havent tried this new 10mg tab yet but earlier result is promising. it helps to fall asleep but not sure to stay asleep.

Excellent performance with zero side effects.

There are three users of this product in my household They have tried this product. Hence, this reason for this delay in my review.We actually conducted a controlled experiment - three different age groups -30/40/60 and both on an SOS as well as one/two weeks daily trial. I regret that we found it insufficient as against it's claim. The results were dismal to poorIt is not anywhere near the imported product. It seems short in the concentration as claimed.Perhaps the manufacturer can suggest an alternative.
