ONiLAB Lab Micro Pipette, Adjustable Volume Single Channel Pipette, 50-200ul

I'm completely blind, so working with small measurements can be challenging. I bought this micropipette hoping it would help, and so far, it's been great. I don't fully understand the number scale, since it starts at 1; so when the screen says 100, I'm not exactly sure what that translates to. Fortunately, I don't need super precise measurements, so trial and error worked well for me. Now I know which numbers give me the results I need. But this could be confusing for someone who needs more exact dosing. Adjusting the numbers was tricky at first without vision. The first time, I had help from Gemini with streaming of video, waching the micropipette with the phone camera. I counted how many steps there are per turn, so now it's easy for me to set the amount I want.

Works ok sometimes it doesn’t suck stuff up like it should and I have to retry a few times.

I did not receive the User Manual! What can I do, please help!
