The product helped indeed boosting my mood after a loss of a loved family member.

This product was recommended by a friend/doctor. My husband takes this product to help him sleep. He used to get up in the middle of the night every night but now only once in awhile. He took it three times a day at first, but it was too much. He takes it only once now with the evening meal. I took one with my evening meal and felt groggy and unable to think all the next day, so I can't take this at all; perhaps it interacted with two medications I take or I just don't need it. It definitely does work for some people and is worth a try. Reasonably priced, too.
