Does this exhaust fan have to be on a dedicated breaker?

No, the only bathroom fans that may require a dedicated circuit are fans that have a heater within the unit. Lights and exhaust fans don’t draw much power.

Does this fan work with a timer ?

Yes. I just added a timer, works fine. FYI you will need a 6" duct.
