crazy workout
This pre-workout gives a solid energy kick and keeps me focused throughout my training. I feel more motivated and can push harder in the gym. It hits fast, so I usually take it before heavy workouts. Not for beginners, but great if you like strong pre-workouts.

Water inside and the pre workout is like a stone and no any option of return and refund 😑 waste product , don't spend your money

Mediocre at best
I already consume creatine, citrulline malate and beta alanine seperately, even before i started with Freak pre-workout. I didn't feel the effects after one scoops and now i take 2 levelled scoops along with my stack. Flavour is great. The physical effects i feel are tingling in the ears which goes away in about 5 to 10 mins, and i feel i have slightly more energy to carry out my sets. What's strongly missing is the mind muscle connection, and the super focus that other pre-workouts give. And that was something that i was highly anticipating. The creator of this definitely need to add some more nootropics or caffeine for the mental focus part of this. Beginners can go for it, intermediate gym goes can steer clear. All on all, a good basic pre-workout, but dont expect too much. ADDENDUM: Its been about 2 weeks that I've been consistently using this product and i can say that this is a good, non intrusive pre workout. The side effects have almost vanished and doesn't bother me while working out. I might add its nothing stellar, but definitely gives a slight edge. Also give Muscle Asylum a try.

I'm absolutely loving this pre-workout! It gives me an incredible energy boost and helps me push through even the toughest workouts. The flavors are great and it mixes easily in water. I've noticed a significant improvement in my endurance and overall performance. Highly recommend!"
