Goes on and on
Felt a bit stiffed at first as the product was so little. Amazon advertises 10g. Having said that product is amazing. I make 2litres of yogurt a week and it is beautiful

Terrible quality - I'd give it negative 10 stars if I could. Not only did this make "yoghurt soup", when I tried to return it they wanted £2.79 for return postage when I already paid £6 for a tiny package of starter culture. Not worth returning. I wasted £2.20 on milk in a cost of living crisis when trying to make two batches. I thought I made the first one wrong, and tried again. Nope! It's either the culture, or the instructions which said to use 0.5g. I used my trusted Lakeland multi yoghurt maker as always, exactly according to instructs, first 24 hours, it came out looking and smelling like yoghurt but soon turned into soup in the fridge. So I thought ok I better follow instructions exactly. Tried again, 8 hours, 42 degrees exactly as instructed. Again, thin soup. I even bought milk powder to try and thicken it artificially. Again more wasted money. Didn't do anything for this soup. Thin as water. Instructions say to use half a gram of culture for 1 litre of milk. Does nothing but give you soup. Save your money and just buy a live bio yoghurt from Tesco. Yeo valley, or Rachel's. Works every time. Cheaper and much better than this rubbish. In all I must have wasted over £10 for litres of yoghurt smelling water that just went down the drain. At least the septic tank got something to enjoy out of it!

Brilliant stuff! Just follow the recipe on the front and be patient. My bulgarian boyfriend really loves it.

Excellent product
Made nice thick yogurt. Needs to be left in fridge for a day to thicken up.
