Good value for newborns- comfortable and multi-use.

I bought this and the LuvLap one together to compare each of them. Some of the differences between them are : 1. Luvlap seat is very sturdy and the build quality is really good compared to this one. It looks very worthy for the price compared to R for Rabbit's seat. 2. LuvLap had a better cushion for the head which helps in any side impact. This also helps on uneven roads since the baby's head will not move much from side to side. 3. The seating position is slightly straighter compared to R for Rabbit. It also feels very cramped for my 1-month-old. However, the R for Rabbit one is not that cramped and seems very airy. Also, the seating position is more of a lying position than a straight position in R for Rabbit. 4. LuvLap has more harness space to pass the seatbelt onto. So it's better safety-wise. 5. The rocking of the LuvLap one was not good. R for Rabbit nails this part since it had more travel for the rocking. LuvLap travel is very short so doesn't rock as smoothly as R for Rabbit. 6. LuvLap is heavier compared to R for Rabbit. This is due to LuvLap's build quality but this will also be a problem added with the baby's weight when carrying. Comparison: Build Quality: LuvLap Comfort: R for Rabbit Safety: LuvLap (only by a margin) Ease of Use: Both Size: Both are the same Cover: R for Rabbit (it has a thicker shade cover where as LuvLap uses a cloth one.) Value for Money: LuvLap Finally I chose R for Rabbit due to the following reasons: 1. My baby felt most comfortable in R for Rabbit one. 2. The rocking was very good and it helps the baby sleep quickly when used. 3. Though the head cushion was not much, I still preferred this one since we usually use this on Highways where there aren't many sideways movements (bad roads). 4. Although the build quality is very low in R for Rabbit, this indirectly made the weight of the product to be less by 1 kg compared to LuvLap which is helpful when carrying. Hope this review helps confused new parents like me :) Note: For some reviews claiming the seat is very small for their babies, both the products are rated for Group 0+ only. So it will only help you use the product till your baby is around 1-year-old max. Not more than that. You WILL have to get a bigger seat once they outgrow this. Giving comfort to your kid comes at a price so if you want to save money, then skip this seat and go for the bigger seat and use it after your kid is able to walk.

nice one. comfortable for the child

Just loved it...it can be used as cot, rocker and car seat. I am using it as rocker for my 1.5 month old baby and it's so much useful.. she sleeps so well in it. I had a c section so taking my kid in my lap and making her sleep or console her while she cries for long duration was very difficult for me to handle and i used to get severe back pain... But thanks to this product which has multiple usage. Now I am using it as a rocker..i put this on my bed and my baby sleep in few minutes in this rocker, she plays also in it ...she stops crying when I put her in...and it had given me immense relief... I am so happy to purchase it and will recommend this to all new mom's ...go for it Material is very sturdy, look is very good, super quality

Seat is good but delivered in poor condition with stains and sometimes the cushion is damaged, replaced it , still received defective item, finally returning it for good, I do like the chair, so maybe I will order some other color. Star and Daisy seat is more softer with better head support at same price, but my kid prefers this one, as it has more C like shape and baby feels more comfortable, while star and daisy seat is more flat. They should do more quality and cleanliness checks before delivering, they will definitely sell more.
