I have used this several times. Hair loss is noticeable. Gets very hot if you use it for a long time so probably best to let it cool down every now and then

Could not understand how to use it.
I thought it was an conventional shaver and I asked for it to be returned but so far it has not been collected. It is well over two weeks ago now.
