Had a rat problem in my engine ,clean it and use this tape to protect my wires haven't seen any more rats in my car thank GOD. Value for my money

Kept rats from chewing wires for now.

I was having a problem with critters chwing through the fuel lines on my vehicle. After multiple instances and multiple fixes, I discovered this tape and used it on the last fix. So far so good! It certainly seems to help deter the critters.

Sticks to itself just fine, but not very sticky overall. Can wrap around wires in a spiral, or lay a cut length flat along thinner wires, and just fold it over. Had no squirrel problems since installed. I had put car-battery-powered light/sound rodent deterrent box next to the engine, but the squirrels bit through its power wiring, and then took residence. I ended up wrapping all exposed car cables (e.g. timing sensor cables) in likely nesting areas, and wrapping the rodent deterrent box power wiring also. Feels better with all light/sound/taste deterrents. Tricky to tear, so use scissors.

So far the critters have left my car alone….YAY!
