I read the reviews. In most cases when reviews state something runs big, I can be confident that it will fit my foot fine, so I was excited to get the 23Walk Loafer. Unfortunately, while the width of the shoe and heel were great, they ran very short, not too long. My big toe rammed into the end. I’ve been trying several styles and several sizes and what I’m finding is that Vionic’s sizing is a complete mess! Size variations within the same style, one color fits, a different color doesn’t fit. Also, I would expect all Uptown styles to be on the same base and therefore fit the same, but they absolutely do not! And sizing for other styles varies way too much. I normally wear a size 12. Nothing I’ve tried fits in a size 12. I have found 2 styles so far that fit in a size 13. Vionic has a serious manufacturing problem they need to fix. For the price, Vionic shoes should have consistent sizing and quality. Why have all the quality brands started selling “fast fashion” quality at high quality prices?! Do better Vionic!

I really like this shoe, but it took 3 tries to get the fit right. I am a size 8.5W, so that’s what I ordered. My feet were swimming in them! Next I ordered an 8W. Still too big. I ordered an 8 and they fit great. Look great, comfortable, easy on and off, arch support.

These run very large. I’m normally a 9 and ordered an 8.5 and a 9. I haven’t tried the 9s yet and won’t even bother. The 8.5s won’t stay on my feet. For reference the trainer is a size 9. I get a little bit of size difference between brands and styles and whatnot, but these are like three sizes too big. Possibly more. So order accordingly. As far as appearance they look fantastic. The feel is wonderful and I can tell there is some arch support. So once I narrow down the right size I’m very hopeful they will be a great buy. It’s just a pain having to buy multiple sizes to find the right fit. Returns are relatively easy if you live in city. I opted to bring them to Staples for free.

i wanted these shoes so badly for their larger toe box and sneaker type sole. Vionic! i love your shoes but these are messed up! they come up so high in the back that before i had even walked around my house I had massive blisters on my ankles and they took so long to arrive that now im leaving tomorrow and no way will i be able to wear them in nor do i want to because they could potentially mess up my gait and knees - thats why i wear good shoes in the first place! super disappointed Vionic!!

My usual size is 36 but these were far too wide & long I’m afraid. They did look nice though. Have now ordered a size 35 in the hope they will fit.

Why did you choose this product over others?: These are supportive, extremely comfortable. Stylish. Fit: Fit is perfect for size 5 did not need to size up. They have plenty of room in toe box, especially if you have bunions and hammer toes. Cross between loafer and trainer. A plain leather would be nice as suede is hard to keep clean in light colours. I have purchased both colourways as they are so nice. And amazon price is brilliant.
