Great taste

This Parmesan has a good shred, not too thick or too thin. The flavor is very good with the right moisture and not excessively aged that it becomes too pungent. My grandmother knew good cheese because her father was a cheese maker and what he didn’t make, he knew who to get good cheeses from. Gramma helped out in her parents store and learned from her father. So gramma also knew where to get the best Italian cheeses that we always had at home. This Parm is very close to what we once got at home and I would guess if I had a cut from the wheel it would slice perfectly without falling apart. I will buy this Parmesan again.

Awsome cheese, can actually taste this brand.

This is good for the convenience only. It tastes okay and lasts a while, all while being already shredded. Not much flavor for me and not very melty. Just okay but good if super rushed

I have no idea what makes this cheese different from so many others, but it is so easy to use and tastes great with a good texture!

Salut to the picky eaters of the world—they can tell us not-so-picky eaters what’s the best of the best. This parm is it. It’s always fresh tasting and just the right amount of flavor—not too strong but you can still taste its parm. It’s a great value for the price point too!
