Excellent quality vitamins! It has many ingredients, you don't normally find in multivitamins.

I ordered these multivitamins to fill in any nutritional gaps I may have. These are easy to take and seem to upset my stomach from the zinc a little less than other multivitamins I have tried. They fill in any nutritional gaps I may have as a result of a suboptimal diet. Personally it's better safer than sorry for nutritional balance. Getting every micronutrient from whole foods is probably better, but I'm not always on point. I take a multi so I can get all my micronutrients without worry and if my diet is fine then it's pretty cheap and won't really hurt me. These are easy to swallow (although I've never had problems taking pills) and are cheap enough to where I take them regardless of whether I think I'm nutritionally complete or not.

All day long there was this stench, I checked the trash, looked at the bottom of my shoes. I blamed the dog and even my wife, turns out I forgot to place the lid on the bottle.! Pehw!

For all I know, it could be filled with sawdust, but it seems to be a good multi.

I like the fact that this is a natural vitamin with k2 and added fruit and veggies. They are easy to swallow without the synthetic vitamin taste.
