TP-CASECHJ - Blow Molded Carrying Case for Cabinet Hardware Jig - Protects TP-1934 and TP-1935 - Cabinet Handle Installation Jig Case - True Position Tools

I put off buying this case because there were some questions in the reviews about the quality control, some people had nothing bad to say, some said the case didn't perform as advertised. The case is fine, it holds all of the loose components in place. The thing is, the places where parts are securely held in the lid are tight and the first time I put the extension ruler in I had to use more pressure than I expected I was going to need, but since that first time it's been easy to secure it and remove it and it is held firmly when stored. True Position actually included a slip of paper inside the case that explains that this is normal and also explains that the jig itself is held in place by the lid of the case when closed and is otherwise floating, which is the same as with any tool case, i.e. a drill. It's a good product and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Great case for a high precision tool. I purchased this to keep my jig from getting damaged in the back of my truck with all of my tools. I love that it holds 3 of the drill bits for the jig. It also holds the extension ruler available for this jig. My only criticism is that the case doesn't make it readily apparent where all the pieces go, and the main jig doesn't seem tightly held in place like the drill bit and extension ruler do.

Not tight enough to properly hold the jig and accessories. Love true positions jigs but this isn’t on par with the quality of there hardware jigs. I bought one with intentions to buy 4 more for the others jigs my installers use, but won’t because of the loose fit. Maybe I just got a bad one or something but when you have a $1000 worth of jigs from the same manufacture you assume the case should be on same level as product going in it..

Things are hard to get in and others are just laying loose inside. Looks like not a whole lot of thought went into the development of this accessory. The tool that goes into it though is class A.

It works perfect storing the template parts, everything fits

Fits perfect. Bought a jig second hand with no case ordered this one and it is perfect.
