I have tried many flavors from Optimum nutrition, amino energy. I prefer the natural flavors without any artificial coloring. This one is very easy to drink and does not have a strong aftertaste. It is also not overly sweet. It helps me power through a workout and just gives me a boost of energy during the day. The only thing that I wish that they would do is have a smaller container or a spoon that is longer to scoop out the product. It’s harder if you have large larger size hands to put your hand inside of the container all the time to scoop out the product with a small scoop.

I’ve read experts claim that these electrolyte powders are ineffective but for us they work, are refreshing and we feel the benefits. My husband suffers from dementia and his daily serving(s) give him a great pickup and memory boost. The first thing I reach for after my morning walks is this energy powder and then again sometimes in the afternoon. I find myself craving it. I haven’t had coffee in 30+ years although I still drink caffeinated tea and the caffeine level doesn’t bother me at all. I mix it with my amino acids and collagen powder and it’s delicious. My one complaint is why Amazon and Optimum Nutrition don’t offer the larger size for purchase. We end up ordering two every month because we all like it so much. The larger size would be more economical as Amazon has it for the best price.

This supplement comes in a convenient container with a scoop inside. The taste is pleasant, and it’s easy to drink. I usually mix it in a 2-liter bottle of water, which becomes my daily supply. It contains caffeine, which gives a light, moderate energy boost – not as strong as a hardcore pre-workout, but just enough to feel refreshed. As always, Optimum Nutrition delivers top quality. I also mix it with creatine (also from Optimum Nutrition), and the combination works perfectly for me. Highly recommended.

This powder last a long time. I have been using it for half a year. Gives you energy and no jitters. Great taste! Helps keep you hydrated with electrolytes. This mixes well and great value for your money! This is the 2nd time I bought this!

To sweet for my taste.

This is a great recovery drink with a flavor that I really enjoy. I used to buy this at Costco, but they stopped carrying this flavor. I use it while working out and also on off days for hydration. Just a warning - don't drink it at night, it does have caffeine and green tea which could keep you up.

This energy powder gave me the boost I needed. I have bought this product 3 times, I have no complaints.

Taste is okay. Mixes good with shaker Bareable. The product itself works as advertised with no jitters but doesnt give me that energy boost i want. Reason i wont be buying again is everytime i drink it, my stomach hurts and have to run to the bathroom. Even if I have already used the bathroom.
