Prompt service, arrived as described
Item arrived on time and as described. It is working fine, only used it a couple of times so far as it is recommended to use once a week. Used it on the lowest setting, feeling a slight tingling sensation on my face after each use.

I cant seem to find info in the manual relating to 1. How often the device can be safely used 2 .How long or how many treatments ,on average , before there are noticable results .

It stopped charging after a few week and now useless
This item has stopped working, I have contacted the seller and they have not responded. If they had done something about thisIt would have been a completely different review. I have to say not so not buy this item As it stopped charging not long after I got it. Do not buy
