About the Amazon delivery: 1. Packaging was good 2. Delivered within a week 3. Nothing noticeable defects in packaging About the book quality : 1. Paper quality was good 2. Indian edition is unfortunately not coloured one . But the overall concepts remains the same ! So , basically , if this is your cup of coffee , then give it a go ! 3. I examined each pages patiently, I got some minor defects in 2 pages and a small crack at 1 page .. that's all ! Am happy those pages doesn't compromise the contents About the book and the Author : As most of us know , Richard P. Feynman was regarded as one of the greatest minds of the 20th century . He is a Nobel laureate , got his nobel prize 🏆 for his achievements in Quantum electrodynamics along with his colleagues . He is famous for that fact that "He can explain extremely complex concepts to a child using simple syllables" . Yes , Indeed after reading the book online in his official website , I realised the whole new way of understanding the universe and beyond ! This books mainly focus on the Newtonian aspects and ends with a gist of electrodynamics and modern physics (quantum aspects and other).. Physics-lovers Bible it is !!! Give it a try , and you will see the world with whole new perspective !!

This is a book which suits for anyone. I have heard that this is quite complex. But if you have the determination of reading this and using the Feynman technique in this, this book should straight away be a treasure for anyone. Instead of reading this like a book , read it like a holy scripture. I am sure you will have a great time learning physics from the best : Richard Feynman. Also the book's print quality is good. Just take care of it as it is a big book and may tear off if dropped.

Quality of the pages of the book is not bad.

I picked up Feynman's First Lecture from Pearson for its clear and insightful content. Feynman’s way of explaining complex physics topics is unmatched, making the material highly engaging. However, the font size was a bit small, which made reading harder at times. If the text were larger, it would be even more enjoyable to go through. Overall, it’s a great book with valuable content, but a slight adjustment in font size would improve the reading experience.

A really good product

Don't go to the theatre without knowing what the film primarily deals with. Feynman played an integral role in Manhattan Project. Read this book, get your physics right, know what is the difference between atomic fission and fusion, know how to calculate the critical size of an atomic bomb, become a scientist yourself and then only you can understand the dilemmas of another scientist (Oppenheimer). Remember, this is how Nolan intends you to watch his film.

Very useful book for my son. He very much liked it.

Un buen clásico de física

A great book of a great man ! Merci d'avoir existé et écrit ces ouvrages ! Feynman, il a cette extraordinaire capacité de saisir en deux temps trois mouvements l'essentiel des choses, même si il s'agit d'un sujet complexe, ce soif aigu de questionnement, ce sens formidable de pédagogie. Les sujets abordés ici, sont des classiques de la physique, mais à chaque fois, on a l'impression de faire un nouveau voyage, tenter une nouvelle exploration. Bien de concepts établis depuis longtemps et communément admis , il n'hésite pas à les saisir, défaire, tourner, retourner, disséquer à nouveau, poser des questions, résoudre, construire et déconstruire... et tout cela, avec une facilité déconcertant. C'est ça, un homme de taille. J'aurais tellement aimé d'avoir un prof de physique comme lui quand j'était au collège ou au lycée ou au moins de pouvoir lire ses bouquins beaucoup plus tôt. Dommage que la traduction en français de cette trilogie est une catastrophe et imprégnée d'erreurs grossières de bas niveau, c'est irresponsable voir ignoble de la part des traducteurs et de l'éditeur de faire un tel travail vulgaire pour les oeuvres d'un des plus beaux esprits de l'humanité.
