It was not checked before delivery. The tap was closed on the wrong thread and as a result could not be opened. I should get the delivery by today free of cost for replacement.

Have been using this for more than a few weeks everyday for morning tea.Our tea is made at 7:00 am in the morning and we use it by 11:00 am. The tea loses its heat by then. I is warm, but not piping hot even if the jug is filled to its brim. I don't think the claim of 24 hrs hot is true.It is easy to use and pouring the liquid out is easy. You can clean it thoroughly without much hassle. Just pour hot water through the nozzle and it's clean.It is durable and so far there hasn't been any problem.

The MILTON Carafe 1500 is a solid product with great durability and no leakage, and the company’s customer service is seriously impressive if something wrong happens they’ll send you a free replacement without any questions asked. I’ve been using it for a year to pour tea, and while it keeps the tea hot for about 3 hours, it doesn’t hold the heat all day. If you’re looking for something reliable for a few hours and don’t want to worry much about customer service, this is a great choice.
