Spray em away!
I bought this to spray around my garage doors, windows, exterior doors and well just about everywhere I could. I can't stand even looking at bugs! I use glue traps every now and they but I didn't want to pick up the trap after everything was caught. This Ortho spray works well! Plus, it has a very nice and pleasant smell that for some reason I enjoy. Spray, spray, spray and keep em away! I spray about once a month which is probably more than I should but its working! Try it out because it works!

Don't waste your money, it doesn't work at all.
I think Ortho makes a lot of great products but this unfortunately is not one of them. It smells better than most fly sprays with the essential oils added but I have diffusers for that if I want to use essential oils. I needed something to kill flies and this simply doesn't do that effectivy. My profession is working as a scientist, an Entomologist to be exact, and so I work with insects on a daily basis. I decided to put this product through the paces using the 7 steps of the scientific method. I won't bore you with all the lengthly details but here is the meat of my findings. The product failed miserably and we tested 4 different fly species in our experiment.Ortho states on their website the product can be used to kill mosquitoes, fruit flies, houseflies, and "other flying bugs", which is obviously a fairly vague statement as there are more than a million documented insect species on earth and many of those with the ability to fly. Fun fact, there are approximately 10 quintillion individual insects alive on earth at any given time. The fly species we tested were fruit fly, house fly, little house fly and blow fly. The product did have some effect on the fruit flies and after about 10 min and a few different direct applications of the spray they died. The house fly, small house fly and blow fly even after multiple direct applications in an enclosed area still remained alive. We tested 6 separate cans of spray all with the same results. We finally applied the product in an enclosed jar and then covered the jar which ultimately killed every fly species in a matter of a minute or less. However, most individuals using this product will do so in a open area and will spray the fly as it's flying or briefly landed. In this case the product is nearly completely ineffective on any species we tested other than fruit flies. I may publish a short paper on these results if I decide to run the testing a handful of more times and have it peer reviewed but for now my opinion would be don't use this product if you want to kill flies. It's basically just a can of mediocre essential oil spray with no real value for its intended purpose.

I buy it every year
Love this product and been using it for years. The dog gets in it and never bothers him or makes him vomit etc and it doesn’t necessarily kill the bugs every time but it always deters them or makes them relocate and i live in a very rural area outside of any city limits so it works out great as i don’t use a bug man. Indoor or outdoor use i just spray around entry points like doors and windows a few times when it gets hot and I’m good to goEdit: changing my review to a 3 star due to the product being pulled off shelves and removed from Amazon for a small period of time only to be HALFED in size for not half the price. Very disappointing bc i love this product. I’ll continue buying this summer but i Will be looking for alternatives

It works
I live in Miami so I don't need to describe the mosquitoes. This does kill them if you hit them directly with it. It is not a repellent. I spray it on them as they're flying in close trying to bite me and enjoy seeing them fall dead to the ground twitching in agony. This does mean that the spray gets on me cause it's close range work. However, because it's made with essential oils as the only active ingredient I don't mind it getting on me and in fact it does smell nice, like real cinnamon and cloves. If you're into pumpkin spice you'll love the smell of this and in fact the smell is more natural than anything that ever claimed to be "pumpkin spice"

I guess it works but, some problems
I just use these types of sprays for mosquitos under my deck on the shady side of the house. Also a cool basement stairwell under that deck. The flies and mosquitos love it down there on hot days. The mosquitos come up and bite us as we walk on the deck. But if I spray, it helps a lot. I used an EcoSmart version of this for a few years. Then I could not find it in stores and on Amazon, EcoSmart just became too expensive. The EcoSmart flying insect spray worked great. I still use the ant spray EcoSmart in my kitchen and where the ants are on the outside. I was forced to buy a permethrin based spray for the mosquito hide out last year. When I saw this product for Ortho, I was interested in testing it.But, it has some problems. You could still buy it and use it but, irrespective of efficacy of the contents, it is not as good as toxic insect spray cans or EcoSmart cans for function and application.- The can did not last very long before it was empty.- It felt really strange shaking it. Like instead of liquid in it it was a solid lump that just moved from end to end.- The product spray nozzle is *very* weak! Pathetically weak would be about right. Covering an area, like under a shady deck for mosquitos, is harder to do because you have to move closer to an area to hit it. More work.- Compared to EcoSmart products, it seems not as well thought out for the overall consumer user experience (UX).If EcoSmart lowered their prices a bit, EcoSmart would be a better product and we could skip this Ortho clone but, EcoSmart is still just too expensive. The result is that there is just not a fairly priced safe insect spray on the market that is something most people could use instead of toxic versions.
