What’s not to love about this machine, any coffee drink you like at the press of a button. I decided to wait a while before writing an honest review, just to see what I thought after using it for a year. It’s the first coffee machine I’ve had and I did lots of research before purchasing. It was more money than I was looking to pay for a coffee machine, however I have no regrets in buying this particular model which has a few more very useful features than others. It takes compatible coffee pods which means you can try all the different brands on offer until you find a favourite, as I now have. You can alter the coffee and milk temperatures along with water quantity and level of froth preference and the machine will automatically save your settings. The milk spout rinses itself after each use which is a really nice feature. Equally as impressive is Nespresso’s customer service, something I find lacking with many large companies these days. I had a small problem with the machine and phoned the number provided by Amazon, Nespresso rang me back within minutes, talked me through several procedures but were unable to solve the issue over the phone. They sent a courier the following day to collect the machine, fix the issue and returned it by courier 10 days later, all within the 3 year guarantee.
