Not as easy as it seems

You can't even return it :(
It doesn't give the desired straightening effect. Which can be provided by normal 2 jaw hair straightners. Plus youll burn your scalp a lot while doing it on high temperature and the low one is most useless.

I love this product as it does not tangle like a hot brush. The heat settings are great and it heats up quickly. For very curly frizzy hair it is smooth on the hair and effective in creating a good shine and smooth effect.
