It's exactly what it says it is. . .
Used this for a Thai recipe and I really enjoyed the subtle sour with the sweetness of the radish. It enhanced out Thai dish without making it overwhelmingly "vinegary" with the pickling aspect. Only one person in the house felt it gave too sour of a taste to our Pad Thai - so this would definitely be an ingredient that may not go with everyone's palette.
