"The moringa or also known as Moringa oleífera, is a native plant of the skirts of the Himalayas, India, grows in tropical climates. It is 100% organic, of the best quality. The blade of Moringa contains over 90 nutrients, 46 antioxidants, 36 anti-inflammatory, vitamins, protein (18 of the 20 amino acids), fiber, minerals... is for many the most nutritious plant of the earth, it can consume in dust. The seed of Moringa contains thousands of times more Zeatin than any other known plant, the powerful anti-aging nutrient. Well the Zeatin is considered as the "source of the hormone of youth, in the nature. It is shown that a good diet contributes to improving the emotional state. The regular consumption of Moringa nourishes cells as any other food, as a result we feel better, healthier, more healthy, more energy, more strong and clear, sick less.

Seems good quality and value for money!
I’ve read that there are many health benefits to Moringa. You take 4-12 tablets a day which seems like a lot to take in one day.So far they’ve been easy to take as they’re relatively small and easy swallow pills. There’s 90 pills in the bottle which means it’ll last just over 22 days if you take 4 a day. I alternate days.It arrived fast and well packaged.Pls let me know if my review and the pictures were helpful by clicking ‘helpful’.Thanks for reading!

Moringa tablets are fantastic for general well being.
Moringa is one of those super foods that do work, and fairly quickly notice the benefits. I have been using moringa for a long time especially in cooking. These are tablets and not capsules which I usually prefer, however the taste isn’t too bad at all. In the bottle there are 90 tablets, organic so totally natural, vegetable and gluten free. I use these tablets myself as my immune system isn’t the greatest, have acid reflux and other stuff going on. I quite like the idea of the anti ageing statement, don’t we all, but not noticed any difference as yet. I do need a lot of fibre in my diet, I do eat fibre but having IBS think these tablets do help quite a lot. Also lots of important minerals, helps with cholesterol and plenty of vitamin C. In fact the leaf of the moringa plants has more than 90 nutrients. These tablets do need to be taken regularly without a break to work efficiently. The amount of tablets it states to take a day appears to be a lot. The stated advice is 4-6 tablets a day with a decent amount of water. With only 90 tablets in a bottle would only last a few weeks. I started off on two tablets, and seem to make me feel good. The price is pretty good and I like them. Thank you

Easy to take antioxidants
This pot contains 90 tablets. The pot is security sealed which is good. The recommended does it up to four tablets a day with meals. I just take two either in the morning or evening. They don't have a particular taste or smell which is good. These tableys are full of antioxidants and help keep you regular. Whilst I haven't felt overly energised taking these, they do seem to have gentle cleansing properties so that's pretty good to me.

These are great for boosting your immune system
My already compromised immune system has been battered by Covid. Five months on and still picking up infections so my nurse suggested a list of appropriate supplements that will boost my immune system and general well being. Greens powder and a Moringa supplement were on the list. She told me if I bought a greens powder to only take half of the suggested dose.Doing Keto for nearly 2 years I'm well versed on the benefits of Moringa and greens powders as our diets can need boosting with supplements to replace what we can't eat. After trying people's home-made smoothies and juices I wasn't keen though! However I decided I needed to be open to them because I'm so tired of feeling run down now. When I saw these and a greens powder I was decided it was time to give it a go because there is no arguing about the benefits you will get from taking them. It's not like a lot of weird supplements where you wait and see if you feel any different because these are full of important vitamins and minerals. Moringa leaves have 7 times more vitamin C than oranges and 15 times more potassium than bananas. It also has calcium, protein, iron, zinc and is full of amino acids, all of which assist healing and can only improve your immune system. It can be especially useful to people with high blood pressure but should be used with caution if you have low blood pressure. Therefore there isn't any downside to using these as a supplement. The dosing on these suggests 4-12 tablets so I think it depends how much of it you think you will need or if you are taking other supplements. As I started using the greens powder and other supplements I am only taking 2 as that's half the minimum dosage like my nurse suggested. The picture doesn't really capture how green they are and it was a bit off-putting at first. They don't taste awful though. They seem good quality, good vivid colour and you can see the vibrancy of them when it comes off on your hands! Pressed tablets won't be as bright as the actual leaf but these are pretty vibrant for a pressed tablet so that's a sign of quality. Cost wise you have to remember it's a superfood and how much you must need to end up with a pressed tablet. This one seems good value to me though and for me a tub will last 45 days!

Quick acting, no taste.
Moringa has been used for centuries for medicinal purposes, they don't call it the miracle tree for nothing.Tablets are an excellent way to take moringa, faster acting than capsules and without the horrible taste of powdered leaf.I take moringa to aid my digestive system, it eases bloating and helps metabolism. It's also a mood enhancer, not in a euphoric way but it helps ease depression. It's also good for the lungs, which is a bonus as I have had part of mine removed.Makes you feel better in yourself.Try it, you've nothing to lose and lots to gain.

1 week to 3 weeks supply.
I jumped at the chance to try these Moringa tablets. I've used Moringa oil before but it worked out way too expensive to take on a regular basis. These tablets could go the same way if you take the maximum daily allowance. Recommended from 4 tablets to 12 tablets per day. So these will last between a week and three weeks depending on dose. I believe that a longer period of lower dose would be more beneficial and also easier on the pocket. The plastic bottle had a cellophane seal on it and then a seal under the lid. No bad taste at all and relatively easy to swallow with their smooth texture.

Truly remarkable Green Innovation
It is truly remarkable green food supplement innovation. Moringa Oleifera has a long traditional health benefits and it is gluten free and suitable for vegans. I really like it by eating the tablet once per day since last 7-8 days. I highly recommend it.
