Unnecessary
Surprisingly the only thing that arrived from this company as intended and apparently un used (unlike the balm and the protection cream which were both opened). Also unneeded as the balm does actually have 2 applicators provided. So these are a waste of money - though they are larger and easier to use. Don't recommend despite the 4 stars.

Great sponges - one time use tho
I used this with the Fortivo Original Leather Recoloring Balm and Leather Color Restorer on my couch and used just one to do an entire oversized leather sectional. It performed well but then needed to be thrown away. Then I was stenciling my kitchen floor and used one for applying the paint and it was amazing.

Better, easier and cleaner than using just a rag.
The size makes it easy to get the product out of the tub and the foam center and circular shape makes even application without a big mess possible. Because it is compact - not tiny- it is easy to see where you are applying and how thick you are applying the product.- I definitely wore gloves for my staining project. Using this makes it easy to avoid surprise spots that could happen from the edges of a larger square cloth being used for application.
