Loved the taste but unfortunately it did make me cramp. I tried on three different occassions and am only able to drink about a cup a day.

Product is yummy been using for a week down 2lbs, now that I cleaned my system out will deff start the working out process 😁. Only thing its not in a tea bag so u would have to measure yourself, other than that tummy taste.

Very good taste tea. Not sure about the weight/balance effectiveness, but flavor is spotted on if you’re a fan of orange peels.

So far I really like this tea. I only use it once when I get home after work because I have IBS, so I didn't want to go full out with three times a day. It works overnight for me, and I even portion my food and watch what I eat. It doesn't have much taste so if you don't like tea it's not hard to drink, I even put honey in mine. It does have a little bit of caffeine in it, however not enought to keep me up before bed.Keep in mind it does have senna, a natural laxative. So be prepared if you plan to drink it 3X a day. So far this week I've lost about 4-5lb. Overall I plan to keep using it!

All I can say is Wow! This definitely gets the job done. Got everything moving instantly and I feel energized and less bloated. This tea is not for the faint at heart. It does not make you cramp like some teas but you will make frequent trips to the potty the first few days. I highly recommend.
