The Gold Standard in Bug Protection—It Does the Job, and Does It Flawlessly.
When you need serious insect protection that you can absolutely rely on, look no further than Repel 100. This is, without a doubt, the most effective repellent I have ever used. My outdoor activities often take me into deep woods, near marshy areas, and during peak mosquito season, where the bugs are relentless. I've tried dozens of brands, and Repel 100 is the one that consistently delivers true, long-lasting peace of mind. This spray simply does the job, and does it exceptionally well. The high concentration means a single application provides hours of protection, keeping mosquitoes, ticks, gnats, and flies away without fail. It forms an invisible shield that bugs refuse to penetrate. I no longer have to constantly swat or reapply—I spray once and forget about the insects. The pump spray bottle is easy to use, allowing for precise application, and the small size makes it simple to toss into a backpack. While any high-DEET product requires careful use, the trade-off for this level of powerful defense against disease-carrying insects is absolutely worth it. If your outdoor lifestyle demands maximum protection and you refuse to compromise on effectiveness, this is the only repellent you need. Highly, highly recommended for hunters, hikers, campers, or anyone spending extended time in bug-heavy environments.

99% deet for when it matters
I’m usually a no deet big spray kind of person but when you really need to make sure fleas and ticks aren’t latching on to you, this is my go to bug spray. I usually only spray it on my clothes, not my skin. It has no real noticeable smell, and is a little greasy (I assume that’s the layer that keeps the bugs from biting through?? Not sure). I was in a bad flea infested area for a while but as soon as I used this spray, not a single flea in sight of me! It really is a life saver, and a home saver at that! I won’t ever go through fleas getting in my house ever again!

YOU WILL BE AVOIDED BY MOSQUITOS LIKE YOU HAVE THE PLAGUE!!!
First off, let me just say that my husband and I are very particular about bug repellents. We have tried so many things, but I am convinced the mosquitos in Florida are born immune to EVERY SINGLE ONE...We decided to give this a try for the 4th of July, because nothing sucks more than wanting to sit outside and enjoy fireworks then being eaten alive by blood-thirsty flying mini demons of the swamp. We all tried a different amount, I went ahead and tried the most spritz my husband was half of what I sprayed, and our 19yo cousin was half of that. 1. Subject A. myself, absolutely ZERO bites. Although it was very oily and with humidity I found it running down my arms and legs which felt gross so I had to blot like I was a southern belle meeting a gentleman caller... "i do declare, that as much as you spray with the other brands...is TOO much for this here repellent" 2. Subject B. My husband, Again ZERO bites. not as runny on his arms and legs as it was mine, but he had a sparkle to him like a Cullen in the sunlight....even at night. 3. Subject C. Our 19yo cousin, the least amount of sprays, maybe two each leg and arm...ZERO bites. no running down her arms, legs, or much of a shine...but could feel the residue a little bit when she would wipe ash from a sparkler off her arm, or dirt from the ground she was sitting on off her leg. So believe when I say....THIS PRODUCT FREAKING WORKS!!!!!!! The only thing you will want to do is, wash your hands before eating, drinking or smoking, pretty sure the repellent will make everything rather unappealing to you, or, make you sick if ingested...lets not do that, friendly reminder this is NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION...no matter how tempted you may be, NO, it does not taste like anything you'd like to try. Also, before hopping into bed at night, rinse off in the shower, otherwise you may find yourself hopping in bed, and sliding right out the other side on to the floor...that, or you'll wake up with nasty looking grease stain on your sheets that will be a permanent reminder to wash before getting into bed. 14/10 highly recommend this for all your outdoor adventures!

Effective, but oily and leaks.
I recently developed Skeeter Syndrome (google it) so I definitely need some sort of repellant during warmer months. We went on a trip to Costa Rica last week and it was advised that we use repellant that was at least 95% DEET especially since we were spending a lot of time hiking in the rain forests. Bought this repellant and sprayed it on 3 out of the 7 days we were there. Why only 3 days. Well TBH, I was lazy (more on that) and on a couple of occasions I was covered with a rain poncho or pants so figured I didn't need it. I got 10 mosquito bites in total. To be fair, a few of them are in areas that are easily missed by repellant (ie, back of hand, knee caps, back fold of knee) and they weren't that itchy. I am confident that if I sprayed the repellant on me every day, I would have far fewer bites. So all-in-all I believe this repellant works really well. I deducted a star because it's unpleasantly oily though and the bottle leaked after the first use. This is why I was so lazy in using it is because it was so messy! I have empty travel spray bottles where I will transfer the product so it doesn't leak. Thank goodness I placed the bottle in an extra ziploc bag in my suitcase on the way home as when I unpacked, there was a good 2-3tsp of liquid collected in the bottom of the bag that escaped from the bottle! So beware of this! Also, if you bring this with you in your backpack, make sure to have wipes. It's terribly oily and you'll probably need something to wipe your hands afterward. The nice thing is that this stuff has zero smell so you won't be walking around smelling like chemicals. which I HATE. A little goes a long way so you won't have to douse yourself with this either and your skin stays soft and moisturized instead of dry and chalking like with other spray (aerosol) repellants. Just be careful with the bottle if you travel with it in case it leaks like mine did.
