Started taking this and noticed a big energy difference

Started taking it about 4 days ago. Felt good, lots of energy, seemed to sharpen my brain, however yesterday I was really edgy, short tempered and a bit nasty. So, I'm going off it for a few days then try again to see if that is what altered my mood. Hopefully not, because it did feel better. I was taking L-carnitine, but this one has acetyl-l-carnitine. Difference? don't know

As I explained in my first review, I have IBS, and basically most of the supplements as well as several foods cause me digestive issues. There is good research showing the effectiveness of this product on patients on Accutane experiencing muscle and joint pain, so this is really a reliable supplement! Good, but gives GI issues

Although I don't have special chemicals or a microscope to objectively test the Acetyl-L-Carnitine I think it has a higher concentration of ALCAR than other brands I have tried. Also it seemed another brand caused me to have a runny nose.
