Okay, I am not sure how they are supposed to work but I think these are great for 2 reasons: 1) They provide a nice little treat so when you are craving something, instead of grabbing a real treat, this kind of acts as one. 2) Taken consistently at the same time (ish) every day, I have actually had less cravings. So again, not sure it this is acting as fulfilling my craving or it if it is actually starving off the cravings but what I can say is that I am not eating an entire pack of cookies at a time anymore. (okay, sometimes but not as often)

Gives horrible, bad breath and doesn’t work. I totally still craved sugar while taking this. I took it for one month and noticed no difference in cravings. It taste good but did not give me any results for something so expensive I would never buy this again.

Takes a while to chew. Yummy flavor but amazing delivered it with the seal almost completely off. Lemme has been great w customer service. They have been helping w curbing appetite I must say and has gotten my sweet tooth wayyyyy down. Have been taking them for about 2 weeks

These tasted great but i think dont think it really stopped carvings too much lol, its more of the idea it makes you seem like if you take them your carvings go slowly down personally.

I’ve been taking 2 chews daily in the morning for 10 days and have noticed some changes. I am not as peckish during the day, my bloating has improved, and I feel like it does add to my energy. I am able to stay awake and active well past 5pm, despite the sun setting early. I’m about to finished 1 container but jury is still out if I will repurchase.
