The packaging was damaged upon delivery so I wasn't keen on it to begin with but went ahead with installing anyway. The interior components are all cheap plastic and the cartridge where the handle opens and closes the tap had a slow leak. Thankfully Amazon was hassle-free for the return, so I sent it back right away. This is a $50-$75 product, not a $300 one.

we received a defective unit. the spout drips when using hot water, we believe it is caused by expansion /contraction of plastic elements in the cartridge....However after sending numerous emails to grohe canada all without replies we have to assume they know about this problem and will not address the issues.this will therefore be our last Grohe faucet......

I purchased this in May, I am writing to you in March. It worked really nicely until recently. The plastic threaded joint which attaches the black swiveling mechanism to the bent portion of the faucet; that assembly that lets the thing swivel, has broken. The anti-friction sleeve has somehow jammed up, causing the movements of the faucet to slowly wear away the threads of the joint that holds the sleeve to the body of the sink. This isn't impossible to deal with, I am now super-gluing that joint and I have loosened the anti-friction sleeve. But, knowing what I do now, I would NOT have bought this. $220 when I purchased it. I don't want to maintain a faucet when I pay $220.

Easy to install and very stylish. Works great in my new kitchen. I was trying to find a faucet that isn’t too high from the sink and that also had the sprayer. This one ticked all the boxes!

Really nice looking faucet, easy to use as well. A little bit of a project to install.
