Ceylon Cinnamon Ground By Penzeys Spices 1.6 oz 1/2 cup jar (Pack of 1)

The Best! So hooked on this cinnamon in my coffer and yogurt, it is not cooking cinnamon, but "medicinal" and a sprinkle takes away the need for sugar in coffee and yogurt. All Penzey's Spices are great, their Garam Masal and Sweet curry are great too!

Read that this cinnamon was much more healthier to eat than the general commercial cinnamon found in the grocery stores, called Cassia. Cassia can be harmful if used in large amounts because of its coumarin content. Ceylon has a sweeter, milder flavor and is more expensive.
