Love this morninkaufy recommended it and I love the sleep on when I have a long run early the next day. Helps me feel hydrated and not have to chug a bunch of electrolytes first thing in th am.

Awesome product, it would be 5 stars but the powder clumps in the pouches and is difficult to get out.

Sadly a lot of the sachets were caked, clearly moisture getting in somewhere…..

The product in the pouches was a bit crusty and didn’t dissolve properly in water. It seemed like it might have been a bit old, or exposed to humidity at some point.

I love the ease of being able to throw these in my workout bag and add them to any liquid. I’ve tried similar brands, but many were too concentrated. This one has the perfect ratio—tastes great and is super convenient!

The flavor is okay but if you drink too much of it you'll get burned out and not want to drink anymore. Like maybe one of these a day is okay, but if I even attempt to drink more than that I just couldn't do it. I'm not really sure about the results of this, I know ashwagandha is supposed to be great for sleep and chilling out but I just can't notice any positive effects of this. That doesn't mean they don't exist, maybe it is just subtle. So effectiveness is questionable, but the biggest thing I dislike about these is that I think the powder is old. Either they were packed with excessive moisture that caused caking or clumping, or its just... I don't know, just odd. I don't like that, it makes it difficult to mix and probably won't finish the entire pack because of that. I think they need to make a new batch or figure out the clumping issue. Not bad overall though.

Love all these flavors, especially the melonberry!
