若いころに、私は、大学院でドイツの不動産法を少し勉強しました。ドイツ語はかなり慣れてはいます。しかし、ドイツ語は文の脈絡が、かなり変わっているので、実際の口語体になれるのが一番良いと思っていましたが、この著者Olly Richard氏は、この点の指導が実に上手なので、非常にに気に入っています。この本の音声版もAmazonを通してAudibleで求めました。イタリア語は易しいので、既にこのシリーズで楽しんでいますが、内容がほとんど同じなので、foreignな言語の勉強には、楽な気持ちで取り掛かれるのです。なかなかこの著者はやるなと思っています。昔を懐かしく楽しみながら読んでいます。

This has been very helpful for me as I learn German. It feels natural to work through, like the books you’d read for class growing up. I was surprised following the instruction on the use of this book lead to me catching on even quicker. A great learning tool, plus the stories are neat! So it’s entertaining and keeps your attention

A really well prepared book for New German learners. Stories are not boring at all. Grammer and vocabulary are extremely well designed. I bought it for my kindle. For the ones who can read on a Kindle, I would highly recommend because it is so practicle to check vocabulary by the integrated underlined word system. Besides, if you follow " the rules for reading" which the Author's advice for reading this book, I am sure that someone can enjoy it more than he expected.

Nada más he leído una historia, pero me gustó mucho el formato en Kindle porque si es fácil remitirme al diccionario que viene incluido. No viene la traducción de todas las palabras, pero en general es un buen libro que mezcla una gramática clara con una lectura fluida. No tendría demasiado expectativa con respecto al contenido de las historias, pero si me parece bien con respecto a su precio y su utilidad.

I was expecting interesting stories to learn German and the culture - I got childish stories about pirates, future and superhero water.

It's a good book to help with practicing the German you're learning and add to your vocabulary in everyday settings. I'm also doing a DVD German course and wanted something to help me practice reading basic German.
