I talk with them a lot as I have a private rescue and the health of my cats comes before all else. This food is great! No problem with any ingredients. The formulas are designed to work.

The Digestive Care is for healthy adult cats, while the Sensitive Digestion is for cats that have digestive issues

My cat didn't have diarrhea. She was a frequent vomiter. Royal Canin helped, but ultimately my vet put her on a prescription food and she no longer vomits. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
