I grew up eating Kashk as a snack in southern Iran and this Kashk is hands down the best I’ve had. It’s not too hard, or salty and doesn’t have the pungent dairy smell. My kids are getting into it too.

I should have listened to other reviews. I need to figure out how to work with this better. I tried dissolving in warm water to make Kashke Badjeman, but that did not work. There are no directions, and no recipes to explain how to work with it dehydrated. I just wish it came with some instructions or recipes or something. As of now, kind of unusable.

I ordered this thinking it would taste like authentic quroot from Afghanistan but it was horrible in flavor. The size is small as well but that doesn’t matter much. The main issue is the taste and it literally made me want to throw up. I was extremely disappointed.
