✨ I have 5 dogs✨1 husky, 1 German shepherd husky mix, 1 corgi/chow mix, 2 pitbulls. After a long stressful search through all robot vacuums I chose this one! They all had the same amount of good and bad reviews so it was “pick your poison”. I was nervous because of the price but I went for it and needed the one that does it all. Nope, vacuums, refills and self empties! -love it -comes apart for cleaning & maintenance EASY! -picks up great with all the dog hair and all other things -mops well -suction is great & adjustable -has decent battery life for my 4,000 sq ft home -good size! Fits under my dogs beds and tables -all over a good design I really have no complaints -mobile app is easy to use and helpful -handles any cleaning product diluted with water perfectly fine so far (it says this is not recommended but I like things to smell nice) -empties its self perfect -it will tell you when it needs maintenance and what to do if it needs anything. -mobile app map of house will tell you where it’s stuck if it gets stuck and you can’t find it Only tip: pick everything up off the floor that you don’t want wrapped up or sucked up by accident. It’s okay if it does very easy to untangle but may not go around socks or cords, it has a very good suction. lol Would definitely buy again if I needed a second one.

Finally bought this after my cheap robot vacuum told me it requires brush and filter replacements, and I thought I'd replace it with one that doesn't get stuck all the time. First of all, the mapping. That was SO QUICK. Dividing the rooms was also so easy. So initial set up was an A+. I'm typing this as my vacuum does its thing. Tried it first in my bedroom and it did such a great job. It also vacuums under the bed that I can never do with a regular vacuum (or my old cheap robot vacuum because it would get stuck or lost). I let it clean my entire place, and the floors definitely felt clean. What was so great to see is how efficient it was at cleaning. My old robot vacuum was like a psycho going all over the place but it got the job done. This one knew exactly how to clean the room efficiently that by the time it finishes, it still has a lot of battery life. And for me it's nice that I don't have to heart the vacuum going for half an hour just to clean my room (this one took 13 minutes from the time it left the docking station to the time it started charging again). One thing though is I have a really high pile tiny rug in the bedroom and that was a little wet afterwards. My low pile carpets were not wet after the cleaning. Also in my first clean, it never got stuck! Amazing. Anyway if you can afford it and would rather do something else than cleaning your floors, go for it.

J'étais perplexe avant de l'acheter mais WOW ça fait vraiment du bon travail pour une si petite machine 😍. J'ai juste acheter le produit de lavage à rajouter dans l'eau propre pour ne pas nettoyer qu'à l'eau les sols. Sinon, l'application est vraiment très bien faite et la cartographie et aussi vraiment réaliste. Il détecte les tapia, les chaussures et j'ai même une droit à une alerte sur un seuil de porte un peu trop élevé 😅. Pour le nettoyage il reste quand même à faire les poussières sur les meubles et la salle de bain en profondeur. J'ai un Jack Russell donc les poils court en quasi permanence sur le sol mais avec ce bijou technologique je recredite des heures dans ma vie, celles que j'utilisais pour faire les sols 🙏

Muy buen producto, obviamente si tienes una mancha muy impregnada no la va a quitar, la tienes que tallar con con tu uña o algo, pero entre polvo y manchas del día a día de una casa normal navega muy bien, OJO que si el enchufe donde la piensas poner no es trifasico y le quieres poner un adaptador, la base no funcionará, necesitas que el enchufe tenga esta característica, la app funciona correctamente en México y tiene español latino, cabe mencionar que en mi casa no hay mascotas por lo tanto solo tiene que esquivar obstáculos normales. Sin duda mi compra valió la pena.

Update from 2025 (original purchase over 2 years ago): We have not had any major issues or really even difficult minor issues with this robot. The only issues we've had have been easily solved by googling their wiki on solving, and they've all worked. We run this robot at least 3 times a week (usually daily). We'd put it on a schedule but we don't want it to encounter something random like a puddle from a spilled cup or whatnot if we're not around since we have two cheeky cats and teens. I'll cover the pros and cons since we purchased. Pros: 1) Amazing suction power. We have not had any residual hair or dirt left over after the vacuum runs 2) Mopping power exceeds expectations 3) We've been somewhat lazy at times emptying the mopping containers and the vacuum still works just fine (meaning the dry vac, not combo) 4) The app is great. I know others have complained about it, but we have not seen any issue with the app at all since purchase. We have the house mapped and we can do zone cleanups, specify areas we don't want the robot going, etc. 5) Built-in AI. We have older kids and they're pretty good about picking up stuff, but at times, things might be left laying around. The vacuum learns from obstacles and avoids them. Cons (minor): 1) The emptier occasionally gets stuck because of something the vacuum ate (usually during heavy shedding season with our longhaired kitty). Super easy fix...you grab your shop vac and stick the hose on the bottom where the dirt gets sucked up into the bag (where the robot docks) or you take the vacuum bag out and clear the blockage from the top where the unit sucks it from the bottom. Not difficult at all. This is probably the "biggest" minor issue we've encountered. 2) Wheels getting stuck: Only once has the mop (the rear end of the robot) gotten stuck in a pressed down setting, not allowing normal vacuuming. We referred to the vendor's wiki page and immediately found the solution to manually roll the vacuum around until the mop unstuck itself from that position. Again, only happened once and was nearly immediately fixed. If you're debating whether to make a purchase from Roborock, my feedback is to choose Roborock. No, I am not paid for this review because I like to help others make good purchases. This is based on our anecdotal experience only and can't vouch for anyone else. We are in the process of building a new home and will buy another one of these units for the new place (or the next gen model). Original Review: We are on day 3 of this robot. We’ve had 5 other robots in the past, and all have had issues from the start. This one actually is incredible so far. The only feedback I have is that the mop and vac feature where it simultaneously performs both functions is not super great. We switched to a full vac and full mop and it is superb. “Buster” has made our floors clean again and it is as close to effortless as possible. Fill the clean tank and empty the dirty tank, and then ensure to inspect the robot at least once a day to make certain nothing is stuck.
