I am really liking this probiotic so far. No stomach pains or side effects. Wouldn’t say I have noticed major changes to my health but I do like it.

I absolutely love these. I was having digestive issues and was bloated all the time. I tried every type of supplement and probiotic and only found 2 products that actually worked. This is one of them, I actually lost about 10 pounds in the first month of taking them. They keep my skin clear and I take 2 in the evening before dinner and I never ever get bloated. I dont even get bloated when I get my period which is awesome. I have a nice flat stomach and I work hard on my abs and now it is flat 24/7. I will never stop taking this product as nothing compares to it! I feel like it got rid of all the built up waste in my body which is why I lost all the weight in the beginning and now I stay pretty much at the same weight. I've been taking these for 3 months now, I waited so I could give an honest review. I hope this helps others with minor skin flare ups and bloating as it has helped me.

I’ve used this product everyday for the past couple weeks. I started using it around the holidays when I was super bloated. It has definitely helped with bloating and keeping my system “regular.” I even took it on vacation a couple weeks ago where I ate and drank whatever I wanted. I usually get super bloated when I travel, but this time around was different. I feel like this probiotic definitely helped with that. This supplement is great to use on top of a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Make sure to drink plenty of water while using it!

I really like this organic probiotic supplement. The capsule size is small & the gut health benefits are plenty. The benefits are in the probiotics, prebiotics, enzymes & a candida cleanser blend. The cost is high and the other bummer is it's not always available for sale on Amazon. The positive is that they're organic and I can also find it on Sakara's website. An option to use a coupon would be helpful.
